Cat Litter Scoop

A slotted litter scoop for daily cleaning of clumping and non-clumping cat litter.

Litter trays need clearing daily to stay usable, and a scoop that's too fine lets litter fall back through while one that's too coarse leaves waste behind. This is sized to sift loose litter through the slots while catching clumps and solids in the same pass.

The slotted head separates clumped litter and waste from clean litter as you sift, so clean litter falls back into the tray and only what needs removing goes into the bin or bag. The handle keeps your hand clear of the tray while scooping.

Does it work with all litter types? It's designed for clumping litter; with non-clumping litter it still sifts out solids but won't separate clumps in the same way.

Is it durable enough for daily use? It's made for everyday scooping; as with any scoop, avoid using it to dig at or lever compacted litter, which is what shortens the life of most litter tools.

Does it work with deep litter trays? The handle length suits a standard tray; for an unusually deep or enclosed tray, check the reach before relying on it as your only tool.

How do I clean the scoop itself? Rinse it under water after use, or wipe it down with a pet-safe cleaner, to stop litter dust building up in the slots.
